Returns and Exchange Policy
If you wish to return or exchange the product you must email us at email@example.com or call 01924 229203 within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be un-opened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item and these delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery may be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For orders received Mon-Thurs before 12 noon we will aim to dispatch your order same day for next working day delivery, but is not guaranteed during busy periods.
Please note we pay our couriers for next-working day delivery but next-working day delivery is not guaranteed as delays may be incurred which are outside our control or the control of our couriers (such as road traffic accidents, customers not being in etc).
We do not dispatch or deliver goods on Bank Holidays.
At busy times such as Christmas, delivery may be delayed.
Larger orders may have to be sent on a pallet. Delivery for pallet orders is normally 3 working days from the date of order.
